Keep in mind that Saretsky was responding to a question from an analyst. The response was also very weak (yeah, we're looking into it).
The e+ cabin idea has been studied by WS more times than buying up Porter, getting a second fleet type, or launching bundled fare categories (eg tango, tango+, latitude).
