I think the poster's point is that the policy itself, not the employees' adherence to the policy, is discriminatory.
Combi Twin Sport slightly over at 22.2 pounds
Dream On Me double at 23 pounds
Delta City Street double at 17 pounds (looks very similar to that Jeep stroller above)
