Was this an Emerald Aisle location or a smaller counter only location?

The reason that I ask is that sometimes a smaller counter location will pull reservations for Emerald (and elite) members before hand to print out the contract - effectively picking up the rental.

Either way though, you should call the customer service number on the back of your card, I'm sure you'll get the free day restored (I did this one time).
