Thanks. I've spoken to them again and they've asked me to e-mail a scanned copy of my boarding pass and passport. Then they'll check to see if it's possible to send it.

A friend of mine has pointed out that it is possible someone is hoping for a little compensation for the trouble. And that is the reason behind them continuously asking if it's possible for me to pick it up in person and them needing to check to see if they can send it. I would be happy to provide the compensation of course, but I don't have a good idea of how to do that, either.
