My first recommendation, however, is to phone the RTW desk back and start over, explaining the problems you've had previously. I'm certain there's somebody there who might be able to help.
I've been going through the Canadian travel agent mentioned in other threads thus far. AA has since admitted that it had been priced as an
AONE3 out of ICN and it's been repriced to a DONE3 as was booked. It's come back as 9125.83 CAD. More then I had been planning on, but much better then the quote yesterday and cheaper then the DONE3 out of NRT I had ticketed with QF last year. The difference fits in with the exchange rate changes over the last few days and the extra $400 odd taxes AA wants compared to the oneworld tool.
Also, while I suspect this is probably a non-starter for you, how about originating in ICN with CX as the first carrier, just to see if the glitch is in the AA/JL interface or something more innate in the software?
I had first planned to go with CX and route ICN-HKG-ORD-ANC, but AA canned the ORD-ANC flights early this year and as I didn't have any spare north american sectors, forced me to route through DFW. Since there is no oneworld HKG-DFW flight, the JL/AA ICN-NRT-DFW is the only option.
