Nothing has gone to court. The NMB (pro-union in its makeup) has said it wants to continue investigating, thus dragging this 'fight' out longer and ultimately hurting no one more than the very people the union is trying to represent...
I had to laugh at some of their complaints. One of them was that they allowed the anti-union FA's to wear buttons that said "no way AFA" LOL. I guess they feel it's ok for the pro union FA's to wear AFA buttons and have the tags plastered all over their bags for people to see at the airport but it is wrong for the people that feel the opposite to wear buttons that say "no way afa"?????
