They pretty much all serve NAS. American, Delta, JetBlue, AirTran, Spirit, United, and US Airways. It really depends where you are coming from.
JetBlue, AirTran, and Spirit do not have 1st class and do not serve meals (though JetBlue is still pretty nice). Spirit in particular is very bare bones. American, Delta, and United's 1st class product is better than US' but if you are coming from NW Canada, United through Newark will be the only remotely convient way.
