Sounds like US might be your best bet, however, it really is a bet. You win if, when US offers *A awards, that it is possible to do an Open Jaw across different regions. To get an indication, phone UA and ask how many miles would be needed for an award ticket based on your itinerary. They might tell you that you just can't do it. Yes or no, US would probably be the same.
