A call to the SE desk suggests that I should just "wait a 1/2 hour or an hour to see if this clears up."

Looking up an itinerary at aircanada.com:

"Your transaction was completed successfully and your booking is comfirmed. However, we are unable to display your itinerary.
To view/print your itinerary:
Take note of your booking reference number: XXXXXX.
Go to the Manage my Bookings page.
Retrieve your booking by entering your booking reference number and passenger last name.
