Actually, if it were that clear that Delta was interfering, why hasn't the NMB simply come out and ruled that Delta interfered and thus called for another election?
Nothing has gone to court. The NMB (pro-union in its makeup) has said it wants to continue investigating, thus dragging this 'fight' out longer and ultimately hurting no one more than the very people the union is trying to represent...
