LHR-DUS-TXL: There is a nonstop service LHR-TXL and you can book these flights as LH45xx are not excluded.
TXL-FRA-LHR-LAX: It looks like that you do not leave airports on this trip. If I am correct, I would not transfer at FRA & LHR.
