Volunteered twice a few weeks ago so walked both terminals time and time again. Cannot be specific as to the location but the tabouli wrap was quite good and the rice pudding at the Boars Head sandwich shop was quite good. The choice of drink in general is poor for the entire airport. And correct me if I am wrong but no ice cream to be found in DTW.
