Forgot to cancel? Free Rental Day lost??
I had a reservation for Tuesday at 12:30 am.
Plans changed and I ended up arriving at the airport 3 hours earlier and took a shuttle to where I needed to go.
When I checked my email Tuesday morning, I noticed the "Friendly Email Reminder" and "Welcome to..." messages in my Inbox.
But by then it was too late to cancel the reservation.
It's now Thursday morning and the Free Rental day is still missing from my account.
As this was entirely my fault, is the loss of my Free Day the penalty? Or should I continue to wait patiently for the system to catch up? Or is a call to National in order? If the latter, what Call Centre should I contact? I'm Exec if that matters.
Any advice is appreciated. Thanks.
