There was recently much fuss what to do when TB president left. Things easily avoided with clear t&c, contracts, guidelines etc.

With TB voting on CC TOS, entry requirements etc I more than just guess they should have a clue what they are voting on (although that doesnt seem to be a requirement, based on my reading on several votes).
