Dude - the MR and DL promos for existing customers have terms that state they may not be combined with other offers. Fidelity's rule is that if you've done one - regardless of when - you may not do another. So what is unfair if they enforce that rule? They may make exceptions for others (purposefully or accidentally - it doesn't matter), but that does *not* mean it is unfair nor that you are entitled to anything.
The bigger point we're making is that by whining that it isnt fair that you didn't get what some others received, you are encouraging them to cease the offer. Not only that, but you are *asking* them to close the "loophole". You tried your best, they don't want to break the rules for you... so why ruin it for others?
