Best approach to reporting needed maintenance in business class?

On my AC883 flight, BRU-YUL-YYZ, on August 1, there were a couple issues in need of fixing with my assigned business class seat.

The more minor of the two was that the small light at my left hand shoulder did not work. The more consequential was that the mouse for the entertainment system was all but non-functional in the down direction, although the left-right and up directions worked well enough.

I mentioned the broken light to one of the cabin crew who simply pointed me to the overhead light. I did not bother saying anything about the mouse, as it was not my impression after identifying the light problem that the crew was planning to report the matter.

So how should such matters be reported to AC so as to see that they are addressed?
