I have another, related question - how does it work with changing a RTW ticket - do I have to do that with the airline directly or can it be done through a travel agent also? If so, can that travel agent be from any country and is it worth it for them? I am seriously thinking about just getting "some" CRWSTAR ticket issued from the travel agent in CAI and then getting my real itinerary afterwards done through another travel agent (maybe even the one in South Africa - if the agent in CAI cannot manage to get my itinerary together well before April 15th (when I expect fares to go up there as well).
