This subject has been the subject of repeated posts (including my own) over the past several years. I fly CX785 3-4 times a year, and my arrival experiences from that flight at 1455 hours on Fridays and Saturdays mirror that stated by other posters (i.e., massive queues). I've had great luck in "recruiting" volunteers in the arrivals area to expedite the immigration process for 18-20 USD to obtain a visa and get me through immigration in 15 minutes. I can't apeak for other agencies, but on my last trip, I made arrangements with "[email protected]" and confirmed my arrival details. No representative ever showed, and they left me stranded. I wrote them an email, and the response was lame. Under no circumstances would I ever use or recommend their agency.
