My frame of reference is what AC offers, in the front cabin.

If you try Air Canada or Air Canada Jazz (comparable to US Air Express), on any flights (with a business class cabin) at least 1 hr or longer, you will get at least a hot snack in the front cabin! I believe you usually get a hot meal on flights 2 hrs or longer.
