I understand that getting the 100K bump is largely a function of complaining that "my friend" received better treatment than me, as a loyal customer, but seems here that your CSR simply gave you the 100K (retroactively) for upgrading to Plat?

This would've been my ideal scenario.

I really don't know, like I said it seemed way too easy. She claims to have noted my account, so we'll see in 8 weeks. (I plan on charging the required $spend right away)
