I signed up for:

Receive 15000k miles after first purchase (5k count as MQM)
Receive 25000k miles after $1000 spend in first 3 months (10k count as MQM)
Receive $100 statement credit after first spend with Delta.

I've uploaded the screenshot to avoid the confusion on what I've received so far.


The promo was talked about in this thread:
Delta Plat AMEX w/40k Skymiles plus 15k MQMs I signed up for the card using the https://www.deltaamexcard.com link.
