What are you smoking?
Where did you get this info from? I worked in the lounges before and as far as I know when you fly internationally (Executive First) you even get the concierge service. AC may have problems I agree, but when you pay CAD$6000 to fly to LHR please tell me why would we not let you into the MLL.
