It appears that you have plenty of domestic US flying, apart from international flights.
If you can make 100K per year, in your case, UA would be a good choice. Because, your upgrade chances get higher on domestic trips (no free upgrades on international).
But, one problem is that you wont get lounge access unless you are flying an international flight that day.
