I happen to agree with fti here, seems like the change isn't that big of an issue. If you are going to miss your flight, you'd know it before hand right?

Otherwise, I welcome the communication. This is clearly a change from DL's past and if it continues I will be happy about that. That's good CS (despite the changes).
