Had to try several SM's for one Gold Card before finally getting the bump, first SM for Platinum got denied too and then I called in which worked.

I got the 50k MR bonus though. Assuming that the bonus ID did expire before I applied, am I still able to call MR and ask for the additional 50k?
Bonus ID 5748 should still be good, got targeted with that (100k MR with $1,000 spend in 3 months) and it says offer expires 9/2/2011.
