Only those Starwood Preferred Guest® ("SPG") members who are invited to participate in this promotion; register for this offer at https://www.spgpromos.com/livenationopencash/ no later than December 30, 2011; will receive one (1) Code for US$50 of Live Nation Concert Cash. Offer is limited to one (1) Code for US$50 of Live Nation Concert Cash per member. Each member who has successfully registered and who have provided a valid email address upon registration will receive an email with a Code within 24 hours from registration, while Code supplies lasts. The Code is not transferable. There is a limited number of Codes available on a first-come, first-served basis.

The Code is only redeemable via SPG.com/concertcash. The Code is a "one-time-use only" voucher Code good toward US$50 off the final ticket purchase for a select concert at a participating Live Nation-owned or -operated venue in the United States, based on availability under this program; or US$50 off select merchandise sold at the Live Nation Store. Only one (1) Code may be applied per transaction. Code must be redeemed by 3:00 p.m. local time on December 30, 2011.

If Code is used more than once, Live Nation reserves the right to (a) cancel any ticket and/or merchandise order, or (b) charge user's credit card for value of tickets and/or merchandise after shipment.
