I have an important question. Take the following example:

Singapore Airlines
Cape Town (CPT) 11:00, Fri
Singapore (SIN) 06:35, Sat 1 Stop SQ405
Business Class
Boeing 777-200

Although there is one stop on the way from Cape Town to Singapore (in Johannesburg), there is only one flight number (SQ405). Now, does the flight from CPT to SIN count as one "segment" (this is important to me since I have a maximum number of segments in a LH Star Alliance RTW) or is it two segments?
