I remember, as OS/NG/VO joined *A in March 2000, it took some time to include OS/NG/VO operated flights in a RWSTAR fare. I asked about the timing of OZ operated flights to include in a RWSTAR ticket and the answer I received was uncertainty.
I also checked OZs homepage, and this was the most available piece of information I found (unfortunately, I am not able to read Korean, because OZ does a lot to promote *A):
