It's about the response, not the question. 90.x% of the customers are going to reply, 9.x% of the customers are going to express their disbelief that this is related to security (and respond to gain access to the sterile area), and 0.x% is is going to trigger more questions. The TDC has no concern of the response, they're just looking for you to express a trigger to more intrusive questions (of which "your security is a joke" is not one of them?).
