According to both FT's official "AmericanAirlines" post on page 1 of this thread, and the the Citibank T&C's, the card provides "Admiral's Club Membership Privileges". This is fairly explicit and quite different from AMEX PLT, for example, that offers "Complimentary Access to participating...clubs"

Since one of the "privileges" of AC membership is reciprocal access to certain codeshare clubs like QF and limited AS locations, I don't see how we would not qualify for such.
