There is a person with the last name of Nguyen, who immigrated to the U.S. from Vietnam.

There are two legitimate pronunciations of that name. One of them is "Win."

I am sure the TSA agent at SOW has a thorough understanding of transitioning a Vietnamese surname from that language to U.S. English and why Nguyen sounds like "Win."
