When I pass the TDC, I hand them my ID and BP and don't say a word. If they say something to me, I don't say a word. If they ask me a question, I don't say a word. I know sign language, and for all the know, I could be deaf. For multiple reasons, I have nothing to say to a TDC.
Have you tried this since the new "state your name" has gone into effect? If so, what happened when you refused to answer?
