I am trying to make a Pay with Miles reservation for a family member, I already am taking the same trip with a paid fare using reservation made a couple months ago. When I log in to use the Pay with Miles, I don't see where to change passenger name. Either I am missing it, or I can't make the reservation for anyone other than myself -- help please
You can use PWM to buy tickets for other people. Search for and choose the flights. On the page where you review your selected itinerary, under the Subtotal it will allow you to choose how much (if any) you want to pay for using PWM. Make your selection there, then hit Continue. On the next page, where you fill out all the passenger option, it defaults to "I am traveling", but just switch it over to "I am NOT traveling" and fill out the passenger info.
