They ALL have their drawbacks. Even SQ, which I use across the Pacific on most of my TPAC trips. My carriers of preference now are SQ, TG, WN, CO, AS and BA.

The first three items on my list of carrier requirements are "lack of deceit in all interactions with highest frequency customers".

Delta lost that contest in the minds of all of their customers. Nearly everything they do is riddled with deceit, inarguably.

Take this subject discussion for instance. How many questions posted here has Michelle actually answered, and how many of those answers actually provided do anything to retain customers of reasonable intelligence and higher?

The only way that all Delta posters post here (including those masquerading as customers) is embarassingly and humiliatingly "around in circles".
