Same here. I've been to the LAX club close to 50 times already this year alone, almost always at the exact same time and day. The only reason why one AAgent remembers me is because I troubled her for an hour when I wanted to purchase a physical AA gift card. It's been months since then, and she has soon forgotten me.
But I still maintain that they are nice and helpful there.
It's easy to go unnoticed in the LAX AC.
Two of them know me by name, more by sight. Been through there once a week at the same time every week for years. Made it a point to learn their names and recognize them, be friendly, handed out a few AApplause certs. I guess it adds up.
