Really? The LAX club is one of my 2 home AC's (SNA is the other). I have been to the LAX club over 50 times (I lost count now...) and I have only ever once had an AAngel remember me. That was because I flew through LAX two days in a row for MR purposes.
In any case, I have always found the LAX club to be pleasant and comfortable. There is one particular spot that is quiet and semi-private with very few people ever around. It's almost like having my own private club. Add to that the fact that there is waiter service during peak hours and I couldn't ask for anything more!
Same here. I've been to the LAX club close to 50 times already this year alone, almost always at the exact same time and day. The only reason why one AAgent remembers me is because I troubled her for an hour when I wanted to purchase a physical AA gift card. It's been months since then, and she has soon forgotten me.
But I still maintain that they are nice and helpful there.
It's easy to go unnoticed in the LAX AC.
