Is it a myth or fact that AA has contracts with studios and other entertainment related outfits that require a distinct F and J service? If AA drops back down to Y/F class, what will that mean for UA's PS (3 class 757's)?
The SAG contract formerly required F for various celebs but the latest contract does away with this requirement. Nobody yet knows whether 3-class F (AA or UA) will survive on the strength of celebs/moneyed transcon travelers. Some Hollywood types will be able to negotiate F individually but the American Idol castoffs won't be able to fly F to NYC to visit the late night talk shows and early morning infotainment programs after being eliminated.
