Stayed there last week. At first glance, it looked kinda odd from the outside, but my room was pretty large with nice furnishings. the AC worked awesome in the room. All amenities were standard that you would see at Hyatt places, etc.

Like other posters said, it isn't near anything that you would call an attraction. It was a solid 20 minutes to anything of interest in the area.

Only issue I had was that I went to the shop in the lobby and waited for 5 minutes. No one showed up from behind the closed doors to greet me or wait on me. I ended up leaving...

The room looked like it had been updated a bit, but you could still tell it wasn't your typical Summerfield.
