Totally agree with you about Royal Rowe - he made the service sparkle at FS LG when he was there (as he did when GM at FS Sayan and FS Langkawi), whereas, IMHO, FS LG has now reverted to 'cold'.
I was also at Sayan and Langkawi while he was there and I once asked him to keep me informed regarding what property he was at so that I could follow and know that I would have an excellent stay. Sadly, he then moved to the FS Macau, which is one place even he could not get me to visit.
