I got a friend of a brother-in-law thinks he wants to do an RTW upon completing studies at U of A in May. Being a TA, the friend was sent to me, but I had to sheepishly admit my ignorance of these types of fares. We've had so few requests for the RTW tickets that haven't committed much to memory or where to fin more info on the subject.

So, is there on *A or AC website that lays out the max miles, stops, routing allowed, min/max stay, change fees, classes of service, etc. I stumbled across www.bootsnall.com and seemed like good resource but not detailed in some respects.

Anyone provide some feedback?
