Agreed but I still feel like I'm missing something here given the proceedures a hotel must follow in order to freeze a guests account due to an overdue debt, the hotel is required to attempt to make contact to obtain payment (I believe at least twice) before MR will freeze an account (and the account must be seriously overdue) - since this happened in April I'd assume this step happened but then again then the OP didn't mention it so I'm not sure it did leading to my overall feeling that I'm missing something
