Thanks all for your responses ..... this is all linked to an earlier post I made (here if you're feeling bored!). I've spent over 2 hours on the phone to various people in CR and just want to voice my frustrations with BA and figure (probably incorrectly!) that if someone has to open and read my letter that it maybe taken more seriously ... at the very least I'll have felt I've done everything possible to bring it to people's attention.
