CO, without a question. As others have pointed out, you have the direct flight on CO as opposed to the connection on LH. C on LH are angled lie-flats, as opposed to the new BF seats on CO (772/752 only) which have received great reviews. Those lie fully flat and are fantastic.

I slightly prefer BF to LH C service-wise. You also get better IFE and arguably better food on CO.
