Do you get the 7000 (10000 in Germany) for reaching 35K qualifying miles every year or just when you qualify/requalify for FF?

With the two year Senator qualifying rule, I am not sure that would count in the first year after qualifying for Senator?

If it does, I will change the Senator part of my chart to also add the 7K and 10K miles.
