The Aviation Museum is a nice pitstop. The upstairs part of the museum is a library on all things relating to aviation history. The museum is on the departure level, I think on the G side (United, Lufthansa, Air China). There's also the "reflection room", a quiet, plant-filled sanctuary where all must turn off their cell phones. I believe it's on the A side(Delta, KLM, Korean Air). Both are worth checking out if you have time to kill. I can't recommend anything foodwise--It's all good but expensive.
