Until I got the email today, Accolades was my plan "b" for ditching the CO PP card.

Depending on your total miles flown, etc., that might be an option. Gives full PC/RCC lounge membership and other benefits. There is a hot thread on the COUA forum about the recent reduction in benefits as they apply to anyone flying in excess of 75k miles/year - but if you do 10 r/t flights you might be able to use spend on the card to get to Platinum status. What that means in 2012 of course is anyone's guess. I got the card fee free for the first year - if you can find that offer you'll at least have lounge access for a year.
