No, no easy way to get SkyBonus points except by flying. They had a few courses you could sit through for a couple hundred points, but that was about it. To be honest, I'd rather have 30 drink coupons than a one-way full fare upgrade. I think the full fare upgrade is only for Y and B classes, and for that much you might as well buy the F seat outright.
