Hiking up C concourse there are no moving sidewalks. The connecter between B and C has them, with a food court halfway along the connector which is lined with shops. The main USAirways club is above the half of the connecter that is closer to B concourse, accessible by escalator from the juncture of the two moving walkaways or from an elevator near the Dunkin Donuts at the beginning of B concourse.

There are also several moving walkways to assist with the hike to and through terminal A, which will not require re-clearing security unless you have the misfortune of trying to walk from F; there is a shuttle airside to help that. The only connection I'm not sure can be done airside is from terminal E.
