Just checked my mail and got a letter from Hunt Valley today

Highlights:
Dated 7/28

1-If you don't pay balance of $100 or speak to us in 15 days from letter your marriott benefits will be suspended and account frozen. YET THEY SUSPENDED IT IMMEDIATELY!

2-They state the chargeback was on 6/9/2011. Odd they would followup nearly 2 months later.

3-They CC Marriott Reward Elite Deliquent Account Auditors. So Marriott has an audit group special for elites you can't talk to and basically don't communicates with elites?

4-BTW: I emailed the Marriott Conceirge on Fri as well and they never got back to me..
