No, this would be a bad idea. Pretty unnecessary, especially given the occasionally uneven transfer to the intl terminal it's a risk you don't want to take. There is not much extra incremental value from sitting in the AA lounge. The BA lounge is fine, it's not bad by any standards. Sure, the F room isn't really anything and isn't policed too well (although they do have lots of Sierra Nevada beers in the fridge under the counters in the F lounge, and usually a good selection of chips), but the entire lounge (J included) has wifi and a lot of relatively comfortable chairs.
